Absolutely fantastic service from Niddal Windows. A few days earlier, the small locking knob had come off my mum’s uPVC front door. She hadn’t realised the significance of it and thought her door was still locked, when in fact it wasn’t properly secure.

I called in to Niddal for some urgent advice because I was worried about safeguarding my mum and her property. This was only about half an hour before they were due to close, and they certainly didn’t have to come out — but Keith and a lovely lady, whose name I’m sorry I didn’t catch, came straight round to help.

They were both incredibly kind and reassuring, particularly as my mum was understandably quite anxious when she realised what had happened. Keith quickly reattached the knob, checked the door was secure and, amazingly, they wouldn’t take any payment.

It was also a lovely surprise to realise I knew Keith from my younger days growing up in Knaresborough!

A genuinely caring local company that went above and beyond when they really didn’t have to. Wonderful customer service and we were extremely grateful. Highly recommended.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Niddal have fitted quite a few windows and doors are out house over the years. Today, I went in to ask them for some advice on my front door hinges which was a Manse door, not even fitted by Niddal. I couldn't find these hinges anywhere as they were not the normal size. They called Keith and within 5 minutes he had found me a supplier of the exact hinge. I ordered them once I got home. Just exceptional service which did not even result in a sale for Niddal. Highly recommended
Thanks Keith

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A very good decision. We spoke with friends, visited several local businesses... and did our research. Niddal were brilliant from start to finish. Great pre-sales advice and guidance from Louis; real care and meticulous attention to high standards during installation from Liam and David; and fabulous after-sales support. But above all the thing that struck us most was Niddal's values of decency and respect for their customers. A really great local business, super products and recommended without reservation. Thank you Niddal. Phil and Petra

Customer Testimonials

Justin Smith

Helpful and friendly and do a good job. They were patient and understanding with an elderly relative who was having work done by them, and they helped us out with recommending tradesmen when we needed some other (non window) work doing.

Just had all my windows fitted and have to say what a fantastic job Niddal have done. The quality of the job is top notch, the fitters were all fantastic, polite, courteous, hard working , clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Niddal Windows to everyone. Fantastic results thank you all.

Lisa Duffield

I can highly recommend Niddal windows. Pricing is competitive, the work done to a very high standard. A really friendly team. Russell stuck to the quote given, no hidden extra costs. They turned up on time and the day as arranged, I was kept up to date with my order throughout. The chaps that fitted the windows were very friendly and made very little mess. The finish was to a very high standard considering it was a very difficult job, an old cottage with every window irregular sizings. I was also pleased that I could get the work done in stages, front door first then front windows. One window I requested triple glaze the rest double glazed, this was no issue. Thanks to Russell and the team. Lisa Duffield, Goldsborough.
